Independent buyer-side role

E-Mobility Forge electric-vehicle sourcing role

E-Mobility Forge helps business buyers convert electric-car duty and delivery needs into supplier questions, comparable quotation lines and a visible evidence list. We do not manufacture vehicles, represent a factory, certify compliance, hold inventory or act as importer of record. Supplier identity, capability, MOQ, price, timing and documentation remain subject to current evidence and contract review.

Discuss Your Requirement

Responsibilities kept visible throughout the inquiry

Duty ownership

The buyer supplies routes, passengers, payload, climate, charging access, shift length, quantity and acceptance priorities.

Offer ownership

Each supplier identifies body, model year, drivetrain, usable battery, connector, included equipment, warranty and exclusions.

Comparison support

We align configuration, currency, Incoterm, inspection, packing, documents and logistics without averaging unlike offers.

Approval boundary

Import, registration, FMVSS and EPA applicability remain configuration- and destination-specific assessments for qualified parties.

How our role follows the purchasing decision

Before outreach

Open choices become explicit questions: body and seating, payload and GVWR, usable kWh, connector, AC/DC charging power, route range basis, options and quantity. A reference model can communicate intent, but it does not prove equivalence.

During comparison

Factory responses are normalized to one destination and Incoterm. Vehicle price, charger, customization, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services stay separate, with every omission visible.

Before selection

The buyer reviews exact-model documents, sample or pilot evidence, commercial terms, service responsibilities and destination-side advice. An attractive specification sheet or sample result does not establish production consistency.

How the E-Mobility Forge role works

Can an incomplete requirement be submitted?

Yes. Mark open choices as undecided and describe the duty. Clarification happens before matching rather than being hidden inside a quotation assumption.

Does E-Mobility Forge grade factories?

No. High-end, mid-range, budget and undecided are buyer preferences, not verified supplier ratings.

Can lower vehicle price be called a saving?

No. Total procurement scope must be normalized before a commercial difference can be interpreted.

Who verifies a pilot vehicle?

The parties agree route, payload, temperature, charging, measurements and records. Production inspection requires its own acceptance plan.

Who contracts with a supplier?

The buyer and selected supplier define product, price, payment, warranty, inspection, delivery and remedies in applicable agreements.

Begin with facts your procurement team can approve

Send a duty brief, specification or reference link with quantity and destination. We will frame unresolved choices as supplier questions while keeping evidence and responsibility boundaries clear.
