Requirement-to-quotation support

Chinese electric car manufacturers compared on one RFQ basis

E-Mobility Forge converts a buyer's operating plan into questions that candidate original manufacturers can answer consistently. The service organizes requirements and evidence; it does not claim factory ownership, guaranteed access, certification, inventory or approval.

Powertrain and charging fields suppliers must answer

Power input

Identify motor output basis, drivetrain, nominal and usable battery capacity, chemistry, thermal management, onboard charger and supported connector. A nominal pack figure cannot substitute for usable energy.

Duty basis

Describe passenger or cargo load, route distance, speed mix, grades, ambient temperature, HVAC demand, stops and operating hours. Range comparisons need the same duty assumptions.

Charging and service

State available AC supply, desired DC charging power, dwell windows, charger inclusion, service documentation, diagnostics, spares and training expectations.

Our four-step quotation preparation

Duty

We organize routes, occupants, cargo, climate, shift length and charging access into a concise operating profile.

Configuration

We list body, seating, drivetrain, usable battery, connector, payload, GVWR, options and acceptable alternatives.

Quantity

We separate sample, pilot and rollout units by configuration, color, accessory pack and requested delivery stage.

Destination

We align US state or port, Incoterm, packing, inspection, document scope and timing before comparing commercial lines.

Questions to settle during supplier matching

What if the charging plan is undecided?

State the available electrical service, parking dwell time and route energy need. Ask each supplier to identify connector, charger and installation assumptions rather than guessing compatibility.

How are range statements compared?

Use the same usable kWh, payload, speed, temperature, HVAC, stops, grades and test method. A published test-cycle figure is not a guarantee for fleet duty.

Does the lowest unit price identify the lowest cost?

No. Options, charger, inspection, packing, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services must be separated on one basis.

Are high-end or budget suppliers verified tiers?

No. Those options record buyer priorities about cost, finish, customization and service; candidate capability still requires evidence.

Does a company document prove US acceptance?

No. Documents must match the exact vehicle category, model, configuration and model year, and qualified destination-side reviewers assess applicability.

Share the vehicle configuration, quantity and US destination

We use the brief to request like-for-like factory quotations and list unresolved evidence. MOQ, price, availability, lead time and final documents remain subject to current supplier confirmation.
