Describe body style, seating, cargo, payload, route distance, speed mix, stops, grades, climate and daily schedule. Include drivetrain, nominal and usable battery capacity, connector, available AC/DC charging, required charge window and service expectations.
Add quantity by configuration, destination, one Incoterm, requested documents, inspection scope and delivery stages. Optional budget can be an amount or range with currency and per-unit or total-order basis. Supplier preferences describe cost, finish, customization and service priorities, not a verified rating.
Ask that payload, GVWR, range and charging figures match the quoted configuration. Import, FMVSS, EPA and registration applicability remain configuration- and destination-specific.
